The inspection covers the electrical system, the pumping system, the vacuum system, the pool lights, all pipes, and controls.  The pool is inspected for the safety of all electrical wiring is safe and pool light is securely mounted. We will recommend that the pool is fenced and locked. The pool heater is operated to determine proper operation. The pool pump and controls are inspected for leaks and proper operation. The control timer is inspected for proper operation and pool heater controls. The surface of the pool is visually inspected for unusual wear, although we cannot visually determine a leak in the pool. We recommend sealing all settlement cracks to prevent further deterioration. Recommend taking water samples once per week for testing the water conditions, and cleaning the filter. The pool leaks cannot be determined during the inspection. Leak detection is done by a professional leak detection company. Highly recommend hiring a pool inspection company to maintain the pool.
