Precise Home Inspection

We are so impressed and pleased with the inspection and report. Precise deserves more than 5 stars This was our 2nd home inspection, different homes in less than a month.

William is by far the best home inspector I’ve had to inspect my home. The complete thoroughness and dedication he has when preparing the reports is absolutely outstanding. He made sure everything was in good shape and was never distant with us. If we had a question or concern about anything, he would answer the phone and walk through everything with us with no complaints. You can really tell that he is passionate with what he does, no doubt about that.
