PRECISE HOME INSPECTIONS

Precise home inspection address does not have store front to meet with customers, it’s a rental resident that I use as home office.  So, the owner will discuss inspections and answer all questions at the inspection address. Precise will go over the entire report and discuss areas of concern and give instructions on the findings. Most buyers are buying a home “as is”, however we will give all the information needed. Please keep in mind that cosmetic defects are not negotiable, that is for your information only. Although, material defects observed on the property maybe negotiable with the seller. On the other hand, seller may not fix anything base of the reduction of the purchase price. 

Inspection reports

Inspection reports are provided with detailed information in accordance Florida law. All reports do explain what is to be inspected, and is reported as a material, or cosmetic defects. Also, provide information that help you maintain your home. In addition, all homeowners should have on going pest control and be under a service contract. Highly recommend the HVAC system be under a service contract as well to extend the life of the system. There is picture taken throughout the process showing the areas that were inspected. Such as, arrows, circles, or blocks highlighting areas that may be a concern or provide information to remember the upkeep of the home. All reports are sent the same day, and if requested the report will be sent to the realtor as well. As the buyer you have the right to ask for relief for items that are concerning. Also, the realtor at your request will speak to the listing agent asking for relief for the concerning items. With great hope you will be moving forward with the purchase.
